It is a single-component, quick-drying chlorinated rubber-based coating with excellent adhesion and resistance to water, mild chemicals, and abrasion. Specially designed for application with brush, roller, or spray equipment.

Mahajan Turpentine Oil is a high-quality, medical-grade product, known for its purity and potency. It is carefully distilled to meet rigorous standards, ensuring it retains the distinct pungent aroma characteristic of pure turpentine oil. At a standard temperature of 20°C, Mahajan Turpentine Oil maintains a stable physical state, ideal for various applications.

- A freezing point at a very low temperature of -55°C, making it resistant to solidifying under most conditions.- A high boiling range starting at 153°C and ending at 175°C, indicating a consistent distillation process.- A specific gravity of 0.86, which is typical for the pure oil, confirming its authenticity and concentration.- A low vapor pressure of 5 hPa at 20°C, suggesting it is less volatile at room temperature than other solvents.- A viscosity of 4.7, demonstrating a fluid consistency that’s easy to work with.- The oil is insoluble in water, which is characteristic of organic solvents, making it effective for thinning oil-based paints and for use in organic chemistry applications.- Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) content is low, with just 6%, and a minimal evaporation rate of 0.80%, reflecting its stability and efficiency.
