Our premium-quality Epoxy Resin and Hardener system is developed using carefully selected raw materials under expert supervision. This two-component system provides excellent adhesion, chemical resistance, and mechanical strength, making it highly versatile for industrial, construction, and protective applications.

It cures at room temperature when mixed in the recommended ratio, forming a hard, glossy, and durable film. It is suitable for use as a binder, adhesive, flooring system, and protective coating. Application can be carried out using brush, roller, trowel, or casting methods, depending on the requirement.

Mixing Ratio (by weight): Resin : Hardener = 100 : 10–12 (typical)
Pot Life (25–30°C): 30–40 minutes (depending on temperature and humidity)

Drying Time (25–30°C):

• Touch Dry: 6–8 hours

• Hard Dry: 12–16 hours

Overcoating Time (25–30°C): Minimum 16 hours
Full Curing Time (25–30°C): 7 days (Dependent on temperature and humidity)

Typical Thickness: 200–500 microns (depending on application)
