Our Zinc Phosphate Primer is manufactured using superior-grade raw materials under expert supervision to deliver excellent anti-corrosive protection for ferrous and non-ferrous metal surfaces. It is an alkyd-based, single-component primer that incorporates zinc phosphate pigments, providing long-lasting resistance to rust and oxidation.

The product offers strong adhesion, durability, and compatibility with a wide range of topcoats. It can be applied by brush, roller, or spray, making it highly versatile for industrial and structural applications.

Drying Time (25–30°C):

• Touch Dry: 30–45 minutes (Dependent on temperature and humidity)

• Hard Dry: 6–8 hours (Dependent on temperature and humidity)

Overcoating Time (25–30°C): Minimum 12 hours (Dependent on temperature and humidity)
Curing Time (25–30°C): 7 days (Dependent on temperature and humidity)

Typical Thickness: 30–40 microns dry film per coat
Wet Film Thickness: 80–100 microns per coat
No. of Coats: 1–2 coats depending on exposure conditions
